Central, large, clean and modern room. Splendid pool and had a lovely evening meal at the restaurant

The location was good as it was central. However, the hotel sits on a very noisy road and you can hear beeping sounds throughout the day.

Great pool & lounging facilities, super breakfast at poolside. Lovely modernised room and bathroom, Kettle with tea/ coffee. Nice balcony area

Spacious and modern facilities, good air temperature controls, nice balcony with well-made table and chairs, comfortable sofa, pleasant lighting, good minibar-fridge. Staff always smiling and pleasant. Amazing breakfast with all sorts of healthy options, like unlimited fresh fruits and salads. Many kinds of bread, rolls, pancakes, as well as custom omelets, and even beet juice! The location of the hotel opposite the train station and SupraTours bus station is very convenient, and I love the beauty of Avenue Mohammed VI and the Hivernage neighborhood.

The hotel is very clean and well looked after. The staff are amazing and provide an incredible service. I would definitely consider coming back here!

nice hotel, renovated rooms, spacious, clean, nice staff, good breakfasts, despite the fact that on the first day we did not receive a room that met our standard (no balcony, view of the construction site), after reporting a complaint at the reception, on the next day we were moved without any problems to a room with the standard we ordered, although the first room was also without any reservations as to cleanliness and size, good location.

Staff were great!! RADOUANE did a great job got to say very friendly and helped me with my Arabic. Hamza pool guy was excellent aswel and staff helped with any issues if I did have one.

The renovated rooms and swimming pool, the friendly staff, smooth check in, breakfast and the tasty ommelets prepared with a big smile by Meriem. Tasty food at the testaurant.

Loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the pool, and the breakfast was amazing. The size of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was great. The location is just opposite a train station and a bunch of restaurants!

The breakfast was great. The receptionist (Ibrahim) was helpful and treated us well.

Good location next to Marrakesh train station. Spacious room with comfortable bed and good buffet breakfast.

All staff is really fiendly, espacially the reception staff.!! I've been coming many years to this hotel and the level of service is outstanding.

It greatly benefits from the adjacent Ooera hotel. The red hôtel as such is not worth.

We really enjoyed our stay in Red Hotel Marrakech. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right next to the central train station which was very useful for us, because we visited different cities by train, and we could easily do that from here. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a great snack bar (with an always smiley and friendly staff, including the kind Samad) and a nice spa. The crew is amazing, they always helped us immediately with every question we had about our Moroccon trip. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was very good, breakfast also very good. Room was small, not suitable for family of 4.

Breakfast was good. Fresh Orange Juice squeezed right in front of you + Omelette + Pancakes etc etc . Location was good too. Free Parking helped.
